  Information you voluntarily provide when you use our services

  • 1.1.1 Information you fill in when you register for an account.

    For example, the nickname, mobile phone number, and email address that you enter when you register a VariLabel account.

  • 1.1.2 Information you upload when you use the Services.

    For example, when you use your VariLabel account, you upload the profile picture, record the content of the printed label, and actively save the uploaded personal label template.

  • 1.1.3 Information you submit through our customer service or when you participate in activities held by us.

    For example, the questionnaire you fill out when you participate in our online activities may include information such as your name, phone number, home address, etc.

Some of our services may require you to provide specific sensitive personal information to achieve certain functions. If you choose not to provide such information, you may not be able to use certain functions of the Service normally, but it will not affect your use of other functions in the Service. If you voluntarily provide your sensitive personal information, it means that you agree that we will process your sensitive personal information for the purposes and in the manner described in this Policy.

• 1.2

  Information We Obtain When You Use the Services

  • 1.2.1 Log Information. When you use our services, we may automatically collect relevant information and store it as service log information.

    • (1) Device information. For example, device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as IMEI / Android ID / IDFA / OPENUDID / GUID, SIM card IMSI information, etc.), battery, device MAC address, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi list, SSID, BSSID, etc. information. We will link the collected device information to your account to ensure the security of your account.

    • (2) SN (Serial Number). Refers to the unique serial number assigned to the device at the time of manufacture. We will automatically read the SN information stored in the device system through the app backend. This information is used to confirm the uniqueness of the device, ensure the compatibility between the app functions and the device, and assist in subsequent troubleshooting (e.g., locating device-related issues when printing functions work abnormally). It is not associated with your personal identification information (such as name or phone number).

    • (3) Software Information. For example, the version number of the software. We collect information about the mobile applications and other software you use to ensure the security of the operating environment or to provide services.

    • (4) IP address. For example, the network address with which the device communicates is used to determine where information is sent and received.

    • (4) Log Information. For example, information you search for and view when using our services, service failure information, referral URL, APP failure and other information.

  • 1.2.2 Location Information. When you use location-related services, we may record the location information where your device is located in order to provide you with relevant services.

    • (1) When you use the service, we may obtain your geographic location information through IP address, Wi-Fi or base station;

    • (2) The information provided by you or other users when using the Services may include your geographic location information, such as the information of your region that may be included in the account information you provide, and the geotagged information contained in the label images shared by you or others;

  • 1.2.3 Other Relevant Information. In order to help you better use our products or services, we collect relevant information. For example, the label width you use frequently, the label model, the printing features you like to use, etc.

We strictly abide by the provisions of laws and regulations and the agreement with users, and use the collected information for the following purposes. If we use your information beyond the following purposes, we will explain this to you again and obtain your consent.

  You can access, modify, and delete the registration information and other personal information you provide in the process of using our services, or you can contact us in accordance with the notice guidelines. The scope and manner in which you can access, modify, and delete your personal information will depend on the specific service you use. For example, if you wish to stop sharing your geographic location information when using geolocation-related services, you can stop sharing through the mobile phone location disabling function, software and hardware service providers, and communication service providers, and we recommend that you read the relevant guidelines carefully.

  Please understand that due to technical limitations, legal or regulatory requirements, we may not be able to meet all of your requests, and we will respond to your request within a reasonable period of time.

  You may request cancellation of your account by:

  • (1) Submit an account cancellation application under "Me - User Avatar - User Settings - Log out ".

  • (2) Request to cancel your account by contacting customer service.

After you actively cancel your account, we will stop providing you with products or services, You will no longer be able to log in to the relevant account to use the relevant services. In addition to the relevant information, interests or other data that should be retained in accordance with relevant laws, all information and data stored, used, etc. under your account cancellation will be permanently deleted. Please use caution to log out of your account. If the cancellation request is approved, we will delete the relevant account information within 15 working days.

In accordance with laws and regulations, we strictly restrict the sharing of information, such as:

  Service-related announcements

  We may provide you with service-related announcements when necessary (for example, when a service is suspended due to system maintenance). You may not be able to cancel these service-related announcements that are not advertisements in nature.

All of our services are subject to this policy. However, some services have their own specific privacy guidelines/notices that are more specific about how we handle your information in that service. In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and the privacy guidelines/statements for a particular service, the specific privacy guidelines/statements shall prevail.

Your use of such third-party services is subject to their privacy policies (not this Policy), and you need to read their policies carefully.
